They will cover details related to the Tennessee Ethics Commission and its responsibility to implement and enforce the Tennessee Ethics Commission Act of 2006, Tenn. Code Ann. 3-6-301 et. seq., which includes registration requirements, training requirements, prohibited conduct, prohibitions against gifts, and exceptions to the general prohibition on gifts.
