This course, presented by a panel of in-house attorneys, discusses the dual roles of being both General Counsel and Corporate Director. The panel will discuss common scenarios in the corporate world and what each panelist would do in that situation.
This course will discuss how to meet ethical obligations with today’s technology. The speaker will discuss tech competence, Technology Assisted Review ("TAR"), and TAR Applications. Additional topics include electronic discovery, artificial intelligence, and predictive sampling.
In this program the speakers will review developments in the corporate/employment-based immigration space. The topics discussed include changes in adjudication of employment based cases, heightened scrutiny of visa applications, and increased enforcement actions.
Does information security keep you up at night? In this program the speakers will discuss breaches and cyber attacks. Some of the topics will include the Yahoo and Equifax Security breaches and how to engage your Board of Directors into cybersecurity.
