General Practice Bootcamp 2012 - Nashville

Description: This program offers education to general practitioners on topics that matter to them most. The first day of the seminar will provide attorneys with some basic overviews in regards to child custody, child support, trial techniques, and how to deal with appeals. At the end the day, we will wrap up with a session on intellectual property basics.

The second day of this program will provide attendees with the latest developments in specific areas of law and offer practice tips. Topics to be discussed are: storm damage and insurance claims, labor and employment law, real estate, elder law, criminal cases, and wills and estates.

The third day will provide you with three ethics hours. Topics relate to General/Solo Practitioners such as law office technology, handling out of state counsel, and what to do when your client files bankruptcy.

The sessions will provide you with your entire 15 hours of CLE required for the year, including 3 ethics hours. Don’t miss this one-stop seminar.
