General Practice 2012 - Knoxville Fast Track

Description: This program offers topics important to Tennessee lawyers who practice in solo or small firms. The first part of the day will provide attorneys with some basic overviews in regards to child custody, child support, divorce, and estate planning.

The second part of the day will provide attorneys with information in regards to what to do when your client files bankruptcy, handling criminal cases in court, intellectual property basics, and storm damage and insurance claims.
