Description: A seminar designed for corporate and commercial practitioners, as well as, environment lawyers, which focuses on the challenges that environmental issues present in transactions involving the merger or consolidation of entities, and/or asset transfers that includes real estate. The seminar will address these environmental issues from the surviving entity’s, the seller’s and the buyer’s perspectives.
