17th Annual Labor & Employment Forum

Description: The Labor and Employment Forum provides timely, specialized and practical information on a range of labor and employment topics presented by Tennessee’s premier labor and employment practitioners. This year’s topics include labor and employment developments on the state and federal level, employment arbitration agreements, NLRB issues and updates, a roundtable discussion on FLSA issues, and legal ethics. The Forum will conclude with a talk from United States Magistrate Judge C. Clifford Shirley on discovery and federal practice issues in the labor and employment context. This information-packed, full-day program will provide 6 CLE hours, including 1 hour of ethics credit. Continental breakfast will also be provided.
