Description: This program takes you through a typical criminal docket addressing the most common cases in General Sessions Court. There will also be a summary given on drugs and schedules. For lawyers who want to pick up criminal cases through appointments or referrals this program will touch key areas of practice. Each topic will cover the law, common pleas, and procedures. Most importantly each session will discuss how to manage client expectations and client communication.
