Description: This program offers topics important to Tennessee lawyers who practice in solo or small firms. The first part of the day will provide attorneys with some basic overviews in regards to divorce, business associations, and drafting wills.

The second part of the day will provide attorneys with information in regards to general sessions court practice, criminal law, starting a practice, and advertising.
