Court Square Series 2014 in Murfreesboro

Description:

Returning to Murfreesboro is the annual Court Square CLE program. Speakers at this year's program include Nathan Ridley, who leads Bradley Arant Boult Cummings' government relations and lobbying practice, will present a review of the 2014 legislative session with an emphasis on matters of concern to the general practitioner, as well as the upcoming constitutional amendments on the November ballot, and a look into the crystal ball for the 2015 legislative session. Parke Morris will present on medical malpractice. Parke has handled a number of high-profile cases for clients in Tennessee involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury. Tommy Santel of Parkerson Santel in Murfreesboro will review and provide updates in the area of search and seizure. Tommy previously served as an Assistant District Attorney Rutherford and Cannon County and is an experienced trial attorney.
