This program is for the animal lover in you and will guide you through legal issues dealing in animal law. Learn what’s trending in the estates planning for pets session and stay on top of laws that protect people with disabilities who use service animals. Speakers will also address the "first bite rule" covering common liability questions for injuries caused by animals. Horses play a unique role in the law as they can be property, an athlete, or a vehicle. Learn about equine law and legal issues related to horse activities, industry, and business.
