Discovery is the legal area where uncivil conduct is most likely to arise. The panel will discuss their experiences in dealing with difficult counsel and some of the civil rules that help them deal with discovery issues. Some topics the panel will discuss include Expert disclosures, general objections, request for production, and contention interrogatories.
