Federal Law

Federal Practice Seminar 2016

Description:

This year's annual federal practice CLE will focus on federal pre-trial practice. The program will kick off with a discussion of pleadings, pre-answer motions and related strategies. A session on the amendments to the Federal Civil Rules that took effect on December 1, 2015, will follow. This session will explore the text of the Rules and amendments and the practical implications of the amendments for practitioners.

We will also take a look at the rules related to expert disclosures and will conclude the day session on alternative dispute resolution. This annual program is a good time to connect with practitioners from across the state. Lunch is included, allowing time for networking.

Networking lunch included with this program.
