Description:

This session will provide a primer of the obligations of an attorney to clients with disabilities according to Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act (ADAA). Best practices for the accommodation of persons that have common disabilities will be provided.  In addition, some general accessibility guidelines and effective communication techniques will be discussed in an effort to make your practice more inclusive.
