This three-hour program held in Clarksville is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers in this year's program include:

Circuit Court Judge William Goodman will review best practices from the bench. Judge Goodman serves on the Circuit Court for the 19th Judicial District (Montgomery and Robertson counties). 

Parke Morris of Parke Morris & Associates will address privilege law in Tennessee. Parke’s practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury.

Sherry Wilds of Disability Rights Tennessee and Elise McMillan of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center will cover Occupational Diploma and Hiring Persons with Disabilities. Sherry primarily handles special education and disability discrimination cases. Elise has more than 20 years' experience in leading programs and projects that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and their communities.
