Court Square Series 2016 in Kingsport


This three-hour program held in Kingsport is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers in this year's program include:

Mark Fulks of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell and Berkowitz, PC will address ethics in legal writing. Mark represents clients in financial, commercial, and employment litigation. He also defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Parke Morris of Parke Morris & Associates will address privilege law in Tennessee. Parke’s practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury.

Donald J. Farinato of Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC will cover the revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act. Donald's practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, conservatorships, estate controversies, and wealth transfer tax return preparation and audits.
