Description:

The 14th Annual Tennessee Bar Association Bankruptcy Forum will take place April 28-30, 2017, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Please make plans now to join us in this wonderful and relaxing setting for an informative and unique presentation of current issues of interest to a wide variety of bankruptcy attorneys. Ten hours of CLE credit are available for this program, including three hours of ethics.

This high-quality program will begin on Friday with presentations on recent bankruptcy case developments in the Sixth Circuit and around the country. On Saturday, attendees will be organized into small groups with a discussion leader drawn from a faculty of prominent bankruptcy judges. These small group discussions will focus on case problems that bring into focus recent developments in the law and real world problems that bankruptcy practitioners face. The judges will encourage the participants to analyze, discuss, and argue different approaches to the case studies. The program closes on Sunday with a three-hour session devoted to the ethical issues that arise in bankruptcy.
