This program is for attorneys who want to understand what elder law practice is all about or are looking for a quick refresher course on the basics. Two sessions will focus on government benefits including Medicaid and a review of VA benefits. Speakers will also address best practices for powers of attorney, help you identify the client's needs, and cover how to determine capacity.
