Mini-Bootcamp: Juvenile Court Overview


This program will discuss child welfare and will review the following processes: petitions, adjudications, dispositions, post-dispositions, appeals, CFTM and non-custodial services. An overview of the rights and obligations of juveniles will be covered and will include discussion on the right to counsel, Due Process, timelines, appeals and indigent and pro se resources.
