Conflicts of interest, updates from the hill and process of termination in connection to protecting your agency are addressed in this year's program. You will also learn the best practices of how to protect and how to defend your agency in the termination process. 

Lunch will be provided, allowing for networking between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Administrative hearings, negotiations and best practices in lobbying topics are included in this program.
