This three-hour program held in Kingsport is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. This year's program will cover changes and new issues in Circuit Court presented by Hon. William Rogers. It will also include a panel on general trial practices and trial law specific to criminal issues, panelists include: Hon. Mark Toohey, Hon. Jerry Back (Retired), Hon. Ray Conkin, moderated by Richard Hopson and Daniel Minor. To wrap up the day the program will have a presentation by Beverly Sharpe from the Board of Professional Responsibility on ethical issues.
