Federal Practice Forum 2019

Join the TBA Federal Practice Section for their annual CLE program on July 18. This program features presentations that are tailored to both experienced federal court practitioners and those who are new to federal practice. We'll kick the day off with a panel of judges discussing practice tips and trends in cases and filings. Next, hear from a panel on working with federal agencies. A hot topic federal civil procedure development topic will follow, and then the last session will be a dual session focused on ethical obligations with e-discovery.
