The program will help you gain a basic understanding of arbitration and why it is used as an alternative to litigation or mediation in order to resolve a dispute. Blankenship did a great job making a (typically) dry subject interesting

Great review with good anecdotes.

This was a great refresher on arbitration. Learning of the history of arbitration was also interesting. I liked the jeopardy format!
