PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The Administrative Law Annual Forum will be a virtual event held on Friday, Nov. 20 from 12 to 3 p.m. CT. This program will offer attendees 2 general and 1 dual CLE hours. The program will start with a session focused on the process of removing monuments and memorials from public lands and explain how the Tennessee Historical Commission is involved. The next session will explore the relationship between compliance and the practice of law. The program will end with a dual credit session featuring Laura Chastain from the Board of Professional Responsibility, as she will discuss ethical considerations for lawyers using social media.


FORMAT & HOW TO JOIN:

This virtual event will be live on Zoom. Attendees will be able to ask questions through the chat feature. The email associated with your TBA account will be the email that receives the link to join the Zoom meeting invitation. Since this is a live, virtual program, it will begin promptly at 12 p.m. CDT on Friday, Nov. 20. 

Please Note:You must register for this event prior to 11 a.m. CDT on Friday, Nov. 20 to receive the email Zoom invitation.
