Entertainment & Sports Law Forum 2021

Description:

**Registration has now closed. If you have questions or need help with late registration, please email CLE@tnbar.org**

The Entertainment & Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association is pleased to announce that its annual CLE will take place on May 13. While this year’s CLE will be virtual where registrants may attend from their location of choice, it will be anything but your average Zoom experience.

The panels and speakers slated for the CLE are sure to keep your attention and provide you with up-to-date information and inside knowledge on some of the hottest topics in the entertainment and sports industries currently, including: catalog sales and the related financial and ethical components that come into play on both the buyer and seller sides; sports betting and how the recent legalization in Tennessee has changed the legal landscape for better or for worse; the explosion of TikTok and the new age of artist development through the social/video/marketing platform; and the impact of cancel culture and morality clauses when it comes to holding artists accountable for their actions.

This CLE is not one to miss! We hope you will join us.
