I do not practice in Federal Court, but this presentation was still extremely valuable in terms of the insight of how judges think about employment cases.

Loved the energy on the panel. Judge Crenshaw is always captivating. Some of the items, like voire dire and rules of evidence, were good reminders for those of us who don't litigate anymore.
