Alcoholic beverage law in Tennessee can be confusing, and not always clear when it comes to how to obtain a liquor license.  This session will focus on an overview of licensing rules and regulations, as well as the interaction among the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission, the Tennessee Department of Revenue, and local governments.
