Creditors Practice Annual Forum 2023

Description:

This year's annual forum will be in person at 1212 Germantown located at 1212 6th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208. Practitioners in the creditors practice field can earn 3 general and 1 dual CLE credits. The program will cover topics including AI and its application to your practice, charging orders and theories of successor liability, using contractual and statutory liens to increase likelihood of payment, and we will conclude with a tips and tricks session presented by bankruptcy attorneys.

Attend the networking reception! Make plans to mingle with fellow attendees and section executive council members at a casual reception immediately following the program. Enjoy a selection of beer, wine and soft drinks along with light snacks.
