This program seeks to inform and provide resources in helping lawyers assist clients who are victims of cybersecurity attacks. The various types of cybersecurity attacks will be discussed including how to respond to ransomware and data breaches. Additionally, the presentation will discuss unique concerns for specific client industries (e.g. healthcare, financial, educational) frequently targeted by malicious hackers.
