This seminar is specifically designed for both lawyers who are experienced immigration lawyers, and for lawyers who are just getting started in immigration law. The two federal immigration government agencies that will be represented at the seminar are: U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS); and Immigration Customs Enforcement/Homeland Security Investigations Enforcement. This seminar will highlight recent developments regarding the different, but interrelated, federal immigration government agencies.
