Environmental Law is a combination of treaties, statutes, regulations and common law that manages and controls the relationship between human activity and our natural environment. This year’s program will give you the latest updates in the Solid Waste Rule and the regulations on recycling. Also included is the application of the Waters of the United States rule. The last session of the day will include discussion on the implications of the Clean Power plan.
