This three-hour program held in Chattanooga is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers and topics in this year's program include:

Kevin Christopher will answer questions and address common intellectual property issues that general practitioners may encounter in their practice. Discussion will include property—patents, inventions, creative work and other “starup law” issues. Jay Elliott and Ian Leavy will share common issues and opportunities attorneys may encounter when handling matters with in-house counsel. Chris Varner will provide a summary of litigation updates. The last session will be a roundtable discussion offering point and counterpoint scenarios in connection with various contract provisions.
