Description:

Why negotiations succeed, ethical considerations for the mediator/advocate, and family law mediation issues are on the agenda for this year's annual dispute resolution forum. We will also hear from speakers regarding the enforceability of ADR provisions. An additional session will address FAQs for attorneys who seldom arbitrate. Lunch will be provided.
