POSTPONED: Dispute Resolution Annual Forum 2020

CLE & CME Credit
Description:

CLE IS POSTPONED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE

***TBA CLE has been closely monitoring how COVID-19 will impact TBA events. After much consideration, the TBA has made the decision to postpone and reschedule this event.

We did not make this decision lightly, but feel it's in the best interest of our presenters, members, attendees and staff at this uncertain time. As soon as a new date is determined, we will inform you. Please continue to visit our website for up-to-date information on the health concern and TBA events and meetings.***

Join a distinguished group of speakers discussing some of the current legal, ethical and practical issues relating to the ADR practice. Part of the forum will focus on case law updates dealing with significant cases involving arbitration and mediation. In addition, the forum has been carefully crafted to provide timely and practical information regarding best practices that will benefit practitioners, both lawyers and mediators.

This program includes sessions applicable to a variety of practice areas, including a session on mediating family law cases as well as a session on designing an enforceable employee dispute resolution system.

This program utilizes online materials only.
