Administrative Law Annual Forum 2021

The Administrative Law Annual Forum will be a virtual event held on Friday, Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT. This program will offer attendees 2 general and 1 dual CLE hours. The program will start with a dual credit session featuring Laura Chastain from the Board of Professional Responsibility, and will cover the Supreme Court changes in the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules for Disciplinary Enforcement. Then, Elisha Hodge will conduct a session about recent updates related to the Tennessee Public Records and Open Meetings Act. The program will end with a panel discussion led by Bill Penny exploring the UAPA and environmental contested cases.

 


FORMAT & HOW TO JOIN:

This virtual event will be live on Zoom. Attendees will be able to ask questions through the chat feature. The email associated with your TBA account will be the email that receives the link to join the Zoom meeting invitation. Since this is a live, virtual program, it will begin promptly at 9 a.m. CT on Friday, Dec. 3.
