Leadership is something you practice regardless of your position, legal career, or station in life. This seminar will teach you how to develop these skills, build characteristics of effective leadership, and identify strategies to overcome challenges. Brought to you by seasoned professionals, Buck Lewis, Douglas Blaze and Bill Lockett, the topic is explored through an interactive curriculum designed to look at the challenging characteristics needed in today's leaders.
Attendees will view and discuss Ted Talks on Everyday Leadership, Grit and Leaving a Legacy. Academy faculty will also help you identify leadership characteristics and barriers, allowing you to gain insight from one another as well as presenters.
This program will be a live, virtual event. Networking time and opportunities will also be available with our speakers.
