Litigation Law Ethics Forum 2022

Description:

**Registration has now closed. If you have questions or need help with late registration, please email CLE@tnbar.org**

The TBA Litigation Ethics Forum has just what a Tennessee lawyer needs to get all required ethics CLE credits completed early in a single, engaging, and timely event. This 3 dual hours CLE will be comprised of two 1.5-hour sessions. The first session is an essential discussion of ethical issues associated with the remote practice of law, as well as the triumphs and travails of practicing full-time in a virtual law firm. The second session features an in-depth discussion by seasoned practitioners, judges, and court staff about important litigation issues with conservatorship, a topic covered in the January-February 2022 issue of the Tennessee Bar Journal.
