This three-hour program is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Kick off the afternoon with a lunch and learn networking session with TBA President-Elect Jim Barry, followed by a dynamic CLE program. Session topics include a legislative update from TBA’s own Berkley Schwarz and surviving spousal rights with Ray Runyon. End the afternoon with an exciting panel discussion on upcoming process/procedure changes from area Chancellor Ben Dean, Hon. Kathryn Wall Olita, Judge Reid Poland, and Judge Joel Wallace.
