This panel will discuss how, from an ethical standpoint, to be the best advocate for artists, songwriters and producers from both sides of the negotiation table. The panelists will engage in a comprehensive discussion of what considerations come in to play when negotiating on behalf of various types of clients, recent and non-traditional trends in what rights those clients are seeking to maintain, who really has the best bargaining power, as well as a number of other ethical concerns to consider, or avoid, when advocating for your clients.
