Learned much. Thanks.

The moderator did a great job.

Good Insights from the Judges. Helpful practice information.

This is a great CLE. Getting tips directly from the judges I practice in front of goes a long way when it comes to trial preparation.

Excellent insight on what the judges are looking for from attorneys practicing before them. Especially liked the moderator asking practical questions and following up for helpful suggestions. Great programming!

I thought the insights from the panel on effective oral argument versus the impact of briefs were helpful, as well as the elements of briefs the panel finds effective. I also was surprised to hear about the lack of clerks and support staff and how much the panel is responsible for on their own. Lastly, I thought the panel's feedback on how to effectively use technology in the courtroom was helpful.

Very good presentation.

This was a 10 out of 10 valuable insights and information into judges and how they think and what they want. It was so helpful as a litigator. Whenever I know how to help a judge or even help myself, I want to know. Thank you for this webinar! Also the Moderator did a great job asking good questions and making good comments.

This was an excellent panel program! Very helpful insights from a diverse group pf judges from across the state.

Really great panel - glad to see some judges from rural areas in TN represented.
