We hope you will join us in Nashville for this year's Construction Law Forum – a day of construction law education designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced members of the Tennessee Construction Law community. This day-long program will be split into two mini-sessions “TN Construction Law 101” and “Advanced Topics.” This is the page to register for the 2.75 hours of beginner sessions and lunch only.
Our morning program will focus on a practical overview of essential construction law topics, beginning with the fundamentals of preserving and enforcing lien rights on construction projects. Participants will also review recent case law developments to stay current on legal trends that may affect their work. In addition, the course highlights common construction law mistakes and offers strategies to avoid costly pitfalls.
