Transactional Practice in Nashville

Description: This six-hour seminar will provide lawyers with the information, tools, and tips needed to successfully handle transactional, traditional business and probate matters. Specifically, the course will offer practical approaches to handling real estate closings, probate matters, wills and trusts, as well as choosing the right business entity for a client. It also will cover issues specific to health care transactions. The day will wrap up with a presentation and discussion about ethics and civility in the practice of law.
