This three-hour program held in Chattanooga is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers in this year's program include:

Judge Travis McDonough will cover Federal Practice Tips and Lessons from the Bench. Judge Travis McDonough serves on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Tonya Cammon of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, PC will address a case review of State of Mississippi v. Byron De La Beckwith. Tonya focuses her practice on employment and commercial litigation, as well as health law transactions and litigation.

Jeremy Cothern of Patrick Beard Schulman & Jacoway, PC will address a case review of State of Mississippi v. Byron De La Beckwith. Jeremy has wide-ranging and in-depth civil and criminal litigation experience.

Sam Elliott of Gearhiser Peters Elliott & Cannon PLLC will cover the Hoffa Trial. Sam practices primarily in the field of litigation and has tried jury cases involving products liability, personal injury, employment discrimination and eminent domain.
