This year's program will focus on the changing landscape of mediation from live to digital. Speakers will address the implications of online dispute resolution technology and provide practical examples of this new technology in action. Another session will address how online dispute resolution can improve access to justice. Further sessions will cover the ethical issues arising out of online dispute resolution.
