This year's annual forum will take us through the life cycle of a divorce. We will start with the discovery process and have a panel presentation on social media that addresses both technology and evidentiary aspects. Speakers will then take us through the mediation process and how best to prepare clients. A judges' panel will feature Judge Sheila Calloway, Judge Michael W. Binkley, Judge James Martin and Judge Clara W. Byrd. Sessions will also provide legislative updates and preserving the record for appeal.

Lunch will be provided, allowing for networking.
