Estate Planning & Probate, Elder Law

Elder Law Forum 2017

Description:

This full day forum offers essential and practical material for practicing Elder Law Attorneys and those interested in Elder Law. The program will start with a presentation on ABLE and Special Needs Trusts. Respected subject matter experts will share new and timely information related to Medicare benefits, estate planning, wills, and corresponding tax implications. Legislative updates will be provided to include information regarding nursing home law developments and regulations. A new session this year will focus on the representation of elders and how the evolving legal market is impacting the practice area. The annual forum is a great time to connect with practitioners from across the state and catch up on the latest developments for our practice area.
