This year's tax forum will focus on both Tennessee and federal tax issues. We will have representatives from the Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service to provide in-person updates on current topics. Topics to be covered during the forum include an introduction to international tax issues, tax issues in hiring family members, lien subordination issues, and licensing and taxing issues in a multi-state practice.
