Description:

Updates from the 6th Circuit Social Security Law and new regulations are necessary for today's practice in disability law. This year's program offers these topics along with ethics and best practices in vocational expert testimony. You will also hear from a panel of resource representatives to help you identify assistance for your clients. Judge David Ettinger will address on the record issues and Judge Jane Stranch will speak on Sixth Circuit Social Security law.
