POSTPONED: 24th Annual Labor & Employment Law Forum 2020

Description:

CLE IS POSTPONED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE

***TBA CLE has been closely monitoring how COVID-19 will impact TBA events. After much consideration, the TBA has made the decision to postpone and reschedule this event.

We did not make this decision lightly, but feel it's in the best interest of our presenters, members, attendees and staff at this uncertain time. As soon as a new date is determined, we will inform you. Please continue to visit our website for up-to-date information on the health concern and TBA events and meetings.***

The TBA's Labor and Employment Law Section with over 500 members is the largest association of employment law attorneys in Tennessee. The section's annual forum provides one of the best updates in the state on employment law, year after year. Presented by esteemed leaders in the field, this year's CLE sessions will not only provide the necessary employment case law updates but will also address hot topics in labor and employment law, including employee privacy, wage and hour law as well as ethics. The program will also include a panel of experienced arbitrators providing insights into best presentation practices for handling employment cases in arbitration. Finally, the program will include a judicial panel of appellate court judges giving insight into best presentation practices for handling employment law cases in the Tennessee appellate courts.

This program utilizes online materials. A link to access the materials will be sent to registered attendees in advance.
