The discussion of Zoom oral arguments vs. in-person was really insightful as to differing techniques. I also liked the judge and justices' comments related to effective advocacy in their own decision-making.

Great insights from knowledgeable and experienced sources and superb moderation by Chancellor Perry!

Provided fantastic insight into what justices and practitioners view as most important skills required to be an effective appellate attorney.
