The TBA’s Labor and Employment Law Forum, which is sponsored by the TBA’s Labor and Employment Section, provides in depth, timely, specialized, and practical information and updates on a range of labor and employment law topics. Presented by a panel of well-respected speakers including leaders in the field, this year’s Forum features diverse viewpoints from both the plaintiff, as well as the defense perspective. 

This year's program will be held in person at 1212 Germantown located at 1212 6th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208.

PARKING OPTIONS:

1. There is usually plenty of free street parking within a short walk of the venue.
2. There are two paid lots VERY close to the venue. The first paid lot is next to the Germantown Inn, which is the building next to 1212 Germantown. The second paid lot is ½ a block away at the corner of 5th and Madison. 
3. Uber and Lyft are also an option.
